Get ready to hold up your stockings and warm up the fire as you love and enjoy a classic film for the holiday season. It's the gentle, magical, and heartwarming Miracle on 34th Street. Natalie Wood (West Side Story) as June is the most earnest young female performance I've seen since Anna Paquin in 1996's Fly Away Home. Edmund Gwenn performs a well-Oscar deserved and charismatic portrayel of Kris. The two supporting actors, bits of comedy, and gentle heart are the keys to this yuletide child classic that explores the Christmas spirit and the child in us all. It's a stroll down memory lane that's great for families throughout the holiday season.
