I thought the film was done brilliantly. I'm so happy to inform fans around the world that the conclusion is all you could hope it to be! Some parts of HP8 are even better than the books. The film has more suspense and is more climactic than the book was. There's some added little treats, too, including a "ship" that wasn't fulfilled in the book. And when it needs to be, HP8 is totally faithful to the book. The great lines and moments are all there, including Molly cussing out Bellatrix and Snape's heartbreaking tale.
However, it isn't perfect. There were some elements of the book that were left out which I found to be disappointing, and I thought the epilogue was too short and left out some of my favorite little bits. The pacing is also a bit too fast, although I also felt that it dragged at times during the book.
Even so, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is as magical and epic as you could hope it too be. It certainly isn't a disappointment. And I'm sad to say, this is the end of my very last Harry Potter movie review for Kids Pick Flicks. Goodbye, Harry, and thank you.
