AJ Michalka Finds JESUS in TWILIGHT's Billy Burke

Amanda "AJ" Michalka (Super 8, Secretariat) will star in Jesus in Cowboy Boots alongside Twilight dad Billy Burke and Alicia Silverstone ("Suburgatory," Clueless). It's about a girl who deals with her frustrations living in a small town on the Oklahoma-Texas border and her self-absorbed mother (Silverstone) by creating an imaginary friend, The Cowboy (Burke), who helps her realize her potential. Costars include Chandler Massey (Will Horton on "Days of Our Lives"), Adam Cagley ("The Hard Times of RJ Berger," "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide") and Amelia Rose Blaire ("90210"). Commercials director William Carey is directing from his own script.

Michalka is part of the music duo Aly & AJ with her sister Aly Michalka.
