Daredevil Comes Home to the Mouse House

As of late, Fox has been trying to get a new Daredevil movie off the ground. However, since Disney bought out Marvel Comics a few years ago, there are deadlines that need to be reached by a certain point or else the rights revert back to Marvel/Disney. Despite talks  to extend the production start deadline set for Oct. 10, it looks like Fox is destined to miss the date. Sometime during that month the rights will revert back to Marvel marking the first time that any rights have been returned since Marvel was bought out. Fox's Daredevil movie had A-Team and The Grey director Joe Carnahan set to direct and whether or not Ben Affleck would return to dawn the outfit was a mystery. Silver Lining? If Tony Stark needs a lawyer...
